Thanksgiving, Christmas. If charter touches a Holiday Weekend, the
entire charter is subject to Peak Rate.
+US Documented Vessels require US citizen as skipper.
Bareboat charters based on 24 hour days, from 1200noon on
first day through 1200noon on last day.
Three day minimum for
BAREBOAT CHARTERS.
Captained charters
based on calendar days, from 1000am on first day through 1700L on last
day.
Late fees apply when
vessel is returned late or after hours. See contract for specifics.
Captains available for $250/day on all sailing vessels. Security
Deposit of $50/person on Captained Charters.
Sleep aboard
option night before charter is $350.00. Checkout is included on the
day of arrival. Sleep aboard Customers MUST board between
1200-1300L. Checkout is 4 hours from 1400-1700L.

PAYMENT TERMS

50% reservation deposit
reserves yacht. 25% will be acceptable
if booking more than 90 days in advance, with another 25% being
due 60 days prior to the charter departure date.

Full payment due 30
days prior to departure.

Payments may be made by
cash, wire transfer, credit cards or checks.

Security deposit
payable by personal check 20 days prior to departure
date, or by money order or certified bank check 7 days prior to
departure.
STANDARD CANCELLATION
POLICY
-
Written cancellation
notice received 30 or more days prior to
departure - full refund minus 25% of charter fee.

Written cancellation
notice received less than 30 days prior to
departure - full refund minus 50% of charter fee.

Trip cancellation
insurance may be purchased for 15% of the charter fee.
This is a non-refundable fee, but should you need to cancel your
charter
prior to date of departure, you will receive a full refund of your
Charter Fee,
less the 15% cancellation fee and any processing fees incurred on your
behalf.
HOW TO RESERVE YOUR
YACHT AND DATES
Bookings are honored on
a first come first served basis. To reserve your yacht and dates, call
1(800)359-9808 or email us at
office@gnyc.com and we will place a
forty-eight (48) hour hold on the yacht and dates of your choice,
allowing you time to return fax the necessary paperwork to (954)791-3297. Upon receiving your initial paperwork, Go Native will fax
you a Booking Agreement with the details of your charter for your
review and signature. Credit card authorization is provided on the
Booking Agreement, or you can mail the signed agreement with a
personal check. Reservations are confirmed when your deposit is
received.
